Job Summary: 

• Design, present, develop and implement end-user or enterprise cloud service of significant complexity according to customer requirements in accordance with global standards
• Provide consultancy for internal and client teams and act as key person for projects and initiatives (e.g., enabling new cloud service such as AWS or Azure, service improvement, operations excellence and others)
• Implement and maintain high-quality documentation
• Establish and recommend policies on system use and services, help define offerings, KPIs, monitoring and overall management of the services
• Work with the team to support the journey to cloud projects by providing deployment services
• Perform cloud architecture design and present solutions and products before the client
• Collaborate with the business to evaluate goals, identify needs and propose solutions using the whole portfolio of cloud solutions
• Perform technical deep dives on cloud-related components or solutions, covering IaaS, CaaS and PaaS
• Interlock and work directly with the internal team and external business partners on project delivery
• Deliver end-to-end solutions in complex infrastructure environments
• Design services on infrastructure platforms, on-premise and cloud-based solutions, primarily in Azure, in tight timeframes
• Work with networks, storage, virtual machines and access control for the customers
• Assist in cloud economics deliveries with structuring the solution service environment
• Troubleshoot to identify issues and work to solve the problems as efficiently as possible
• Perform automation and configuration management of cloud infrastructure

Job Summary: 

• Be responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability for business process automation platforms
• Advise and support the installation of new IS solutions and services regarding the required infrastructure or the change of existing IS solutions and services
• Be involved in the management, maintenance and optimization of the IS business process automation infrastructure
• Ensure that the business process automation platform conforms with IS security and compliance best practices and standards
• Deliver bespoke consultancy helping IS teams or management to solve IS infrastructure, security and network problems of various scope and complexity
• Proactively review, design and implement efficient and cost-effective infrastructure capabilities that can scale to meet increasing business process automation demand
• Provide technical operations support for clients on the supporting infrastructure
• Work on incident-related information using a variety of tools and processes, select appropriate actions to resolve issues and communicate the solution or action plan to the client
• Support tools and use analytical skills to identify and resolve problems involving infrastructure
• Provide daily, weekly, or monthly integrated service management reports
• Collaborate with teams to check and update operational procedures, checks and updates of scripts developed for work optimization and automation, deployments, patches, updates or rollback procedures
• Collaborate with other infrastructure engineering personnel to assess infrastructure changes and other client requests
