- Payment and payment cancellation
Premium Subscription: Lamwork offers a premium subscription for users wishing to fully experience our features and services. Due to our headquarters being in Vietnam, we do not charge taxes on invoices, which also means we cannot provide invoices for you. However, we will do our best to assist if you have any requests.
Automatic Renewal: For user convenience, Lamwork's premium subscription will be automatically renewed monthly. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your payment account each month unless you choose to cancel the renewal.
Refund Request: We offer three basic packages: 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months. We will not refund your money if you cancel midway. For example, if you purchase a 1-month package and use it for only 10 days, you will still have access to the Premium account until the end of the 1-month period. If you wish to cancel your Premium account, the process will take place in the following month.
How to Cancel Renewal: To cancel the automatic renewal, please go to your account settings on Lamwork and follow the instructions, or contact our support department.
