Account & Sign-in
Account Registration Guide


Users can create a Lamwork account in two different ways.

The first option is quick registration using a Google account, which saves time and eliminates the need to re-enter basic information.

The second option is to register by manually entering information on the system.

To get started, visit the Lamwork homepage and click the “Sign Up” button on the main interface.

With the manual registration method, users are required to enter their full name, email address, password, and password confirmation.

The password must contain at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters to ensure security.

In addition, users need to select their preferred job location and career field based on their needs.

After completing all required information, please review the details and submit the registration request.

The system will send a registration confirmation email to the provided email address.

This email includes a unique member ID, which is used for account management and support purposes when contacting Lamwork.

Please check your inbox or spam folder to avoid missing the confirmation email.

If you encounter any issues during the registration process, you may contact Lamwork Support for timely assistance.


Account Sign-In Guide


After successfully registering an account, users can sign in to access all features on Lamwork.

First, visit the Lamwork homepage and click the “Sign In” button on the main interface.

Users can sign in using a linked Google account or by entering their registered email address and password.

If signing in with email, please make sure to enter the correct email address and password.

Users may use the password visibility option to review the entered information.

After entering all required details, click “Sign In” to access the system.

If the login information is correct, the system will redirect you to your account dashboard.

If incorrect information is entered, the system will display a notification prompting you to review and re-enter your details.

If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” function to reset your password.

If you experience any issues during the sign-in process, you may contact Lamwork Support for assistance.


Forgot Password


If a user forgets their login password, Lamwork provides a fast and secure password recovery feature.

First, visit the sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password” link.

Users are required to enter the email address associated with their Lamwork account.

After submitting the request, the system will send a password reset email to the provided email address.

Please check your inbox or spam folder to ensure you do not miss the email from the system.

Click the link in the email to proceed with creating a new password for your account.

The new password must contain at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters to ensure security.

Once the password has been successfully reset, users can return to the sign-in page and log in using the new password.

If you do not receive the email or encounter any issues during the password recovery process, please contact Lamwork Support at admin@lamwork.com for timely assistance.


Account & Profile Management
Complete Your My Profile


The My Profile page allows users to update and manage all personal information displayed on Lamwork.

Completing your profile helps increase visibility to employers and improves your chances of finding suitable job opportunities.


A personal profile includes the following information sections:


Basic Information

Users can edit their profile picture, cover photo, full name, desired job position, expected salary, employment type, career level, and work location.


Professional Summary

This section allows users to briefly introduce their career goals, work experience, and personal development direction.


Public Profile Status

Users can turn their profile visibility on or off on the Talents page.

When enabled, the profile will be visible to employers.

When disabled, the profile will be hidden from the Talents list.


Education

Users can add information about their educational background, including schools, majors, and study periods.


Work Experience

This section allows users to update previously held positions, job descriptions, and employment durations.


Skills

Users can add both technical and soft skills to highlight their professional capabilities.


Certificates

Users may include relevant professional certificates to enhance profile credibility.


All information can be added, edited, or updated at any time to ensure the profile remains accurate and up to date.


How to Upload a Profile Picture and Cover Photo in My Profile


In the My Profile section, users can easily upload or update their profile picture (avatar) and cover photo (background).

To get started, simply click on the image area you want to change, either the profile picture or the cover photo.

Next, select Upload photo to upload a new image from your device.

Once you have selected an image that meets the requirements, click Submit to upload it to the system.

Before completing the upload, the system will display a Crop screen that allows you to adjust and crop the image to fit the display frame.

You can modify the position and size to select the most suitable and visually appealing part of the image.

After finishing the adjustments, click Crop to save the changes.

The uploaded image will then be displayed directly on your personal profile.


How to Remove a Profile Picture and Cover Photo in My Profile


In the My Profile section, users can easily remove their profile picture or cover photo when they are no longer needed.

To remove the profile picture (Avatar), click the edit icon on the profile picture area and select Remove.

To remove the cover photo, click Edit Cover Photo, and the system will display the Remove option.

Simply click Remove, and the image will be deleted from your profile immediately.

After removal, the profile will display the system’s default image until a new image is uploaded.


How to Change Your Password
How to Delete Your Account


Users can delete their Lamwork account directly from the Account Setting section.

First, access Account Setting from your account menu.

Scroll down to the Close Account section at the bottom of the page.

Click the Delete Account button to initiate the account deletion process.

The system will display a confirmation message to ensure that you want to proceed.

After confirming, your account will be permanently removed from the system.

Account deletion is irreversible, and all associated data will no longer be accessible.

Please make sure you have backed up any important information before performing this action.


Premium Account
How to Subscribe to a Premium Account



A Premium Account allows users to unlock advanced features and enhance their overall experience on Lamwork.

To subscribe to a Premium account, you must first sign in to your Lamwork account.


Select a Premium Plan

On the upgrade page, the system will display the available Premium plans.

You may choose a 1-month, 3-month (discounted), or 12-month plan based on your needs.

After selecting the desired plan, click Buy Now to proceed.


Confirm Payment Details

The system will display the Complete your payment page, including subscription details, total cost, start date, and expiration date.

Please review all information carefully to ensure accuracy.

If you wish to change the plan, select Go back to pricing to return to the plan selection page.


Make the Payment

Click Debit or Credit Card to proceed with payment via PayPal.

You will be redirected to PayPal’s payment page to enter your card details or sign in to your PayPal account.

Complete all required payment and billing information as requested by PayPal.


Complete the Subscription

Once the payment is successfully confirmed, the system will automatically activate your Premium account.

The Premium subscription period will begin on the start date shown in the payment details.

The Premium account can be canceled at any time in the Account Setting section.


How to Cancel a Premium Subscription


Users can cancel their Premium Account directly from the Account Setting section.

First, access Account Setting from your account menu.

In the Payment Info section, you will see the details of your current Premium subscription.

Click the Cancel Subscription button to proceed with canceling the Premium plan.

The system may display a confirmation message; please review and confirm the action.

Once the cancellation is successful, the Premium subscription will no longer renew automatically.

You may continue to enjoy Premium benefits until the end of the paid subscription period.

After this period expires, your account will automatically revert to the standard plan.


My Contribution
Company Review


The Company Review feature allows users to share real working experiences at a company to help the community gain a more objective and transparent perspective.


Review Summary

Users enter a short title to summarize the content of the company review.

This section helps readers quickly understand the main idea of the review.


Your Company Review

In this section, users describe their work experience at the company in detail.

The content may include the work environment, colleagues, technologies used, management style, and company culture.

Users are encouraged to provide honest, clear, and constructive feedback.


Pros

Users list the positive aspects of the company, with a minimum of 5 words for each entry.

This section highlights the company’s strengths and advantages.


Cons

Users share any limitations or issues within the company, with a minimum of 5 words for each entry.

Feedback should be constructive and aimed at improvement, avoiding overly negative language.


Submit Review

After completing all required information, users click “Submit Company Review” to submit their review.

Users can later edit or delete their review in the My Contribution section.


Interview Question


The Interview Question feature allows users to share information about interview processes and real interview questions at a company.

These contributions help job seekers prepare more effectively before applying.


Interview Process Description

Users are required to provide a detailed description of the interview process, with a minimum of 30 words.

The content may include the application method, response time, number of interview rounds, interview format, and candidate requirements.


Interview Questions

Users enter the interview questions they found most difficult or easiest during the interview, with a minimum of 5 words.

This section helps readers understand common types of questions asked during interviews.


Question and Answer Details

Users can enter detailed interview questions and add corresponding answers by selecting “Add an answer.”

The information should be clear, easy to understand, and useful as a reference for the community.


Submit Content

After completing all required information, users submit the content to save it in the system.

Users can edit or delete their shared content in the My Contribution section.


Company Salary


The Company Salary feature allows users to share real salary information at a company, helping bring transparency to the job market for the Lamwork community.


Base Pay

Users enter their base salary according to their job position.

Please select the appropriate pay period, such as monthly or yearly, along with the corresponding currency.


Additional Pay

Users may enter any additional compensation such as bonuses, allowances, or commissions.

If there is no additional compensation, users can select “I don’t receive.”


Years of Experience

Users select the number of years of experience that corresponds to the reported salary.

This information helps the system categorize and display salary data more accurately.


Submit Salary Information

After completing all required fields, users click “Submit” to send the salary information.

The salary data will be saved and displayed in the My Contribution section for management.


Question & Answer


The Q&A feature allows users to ask questions and share information related to jobs, interviews, and work environments to support the Lamwork community.


Ask a Question

Users enter their question in the “Ask your question” field.

Questions should be clear, specific, and easy to understand in order to receive helpful responses from the community.


Submit a Question

After completing the content, users select “Submit” to post the question to the system.

The question will be saved and displayed in the My Contribution section.


Manage Questions

Users can review the list of questions they have posted in their personal content management area.

The system allows users to edit or delete questions when needed.


The Q&A section fosters open information exchange and helps job seekers access real-world knowledge and shared experiences from the community.


Profile Activity Tracking
How to Use “Who’s Viewed My Profile?”


The Who’s viewed my profile? feature allows users to track employers or accounts that have viewed their personal profile on Lamwork.

This feature helps you assess the level of interest employers have in your profile.


How to Access

After signing in, users can access Who’s viewed my profile? from the account menu.

This page will display a list of profile views.


Displayed Information

The list includes details such as the order number, Full Name, and Employment of the person who viewed your profile.

This information helps you identify who is interested in your profile and the field in which they work.


Notes

The list of profile views is only available when your profile is set to Public Profile (ON).

If your profile is set to private, employers will not be able to view it, and profile views will not be recorded.


This feature enables you to proactively update your profile, improve your CV quality, and increase your chances of being contacted by employers.

How to Display Your Profile on the Talents Page


Complete Your Personal Profile (My Profile)

First, make sure you have fully updated your information in the My Profile section.

Your profile should include basic details such as job position, expected salary, employment type, location, career level, and a professional summary.

In addition, you should complete the Education, Experience, Skills, and Certificates sections to ensure your profile is fully completed.



Enable Public Profile

In the My Profile page, switch the Public Profile toggle to ON.

When this mode is enabled, your profile becomes public and eligible to appear on the Talents page.

If Public Profile is set to OFF, your profile will be hidden and will not appear in the Talents list.



Update Profile Picture and Cover Photo

Adding a profile picture and cover photo helps your profile look more professional and attractive.

Profiles with clear and appropriate images are more likely to catch the attention of employers.


Ensure Your Profile Is Saved and Updated

After editing your information, please double-check that all changes have been saved successfully.

The system will automatically update and display your profile on the Talents page once the process is complete.


Check Display Status

You can verify your profile’s visibility by visiting the Talents page and searching by your job position, skills, or location.

If your profile does not appear immediately, try logging out and logging back in to allow the system to refresh the data.


Once these steps are completed, your profile will appear on the Talents page and be ready to connect with employers on Lamwork.


How to Hide Your Profile on the Talents Page


Access My Profile

Log in to your Lamwork account and navigate to the My Profile section.


Disable Public Profile

On the My Profile page, locate the Public Profile option.

Switch the toggle from ON to OFF.


Confirm Visibility Status

When Public Profile is set to OFF, your profile will be hidden and will no longer appear on the Talents page.

Your personal information will remain saved in the system and will only be visible and editable by you.


Verify the Change

You may revisit the Talents page to confirm that your profile has been successfully hidden.

If you wish to display your profile again, simply switch Public Profile back to ON.


Toggling the Public Profile setting allows you to fully control the visibility of your profile on Lamwork.


Contact & Support
How to Contact Lamwork


Users can contact the Lamwork administration team directly through the Contact section on the website.

First, access the Contact page from the main menu or the footer of the Lamwork website.

In the Title field, select the appropriate inquiry type such as Customer Service, Billing Questions, Feedback, or Unsubscribe from Emails.

Next, fill in your Full Name and Email so the Admin team can respond accurately.

If you already have a Customer Number, please enter it to help speed up the support process.

Enter your inquiry or feedback in the Text field, clearly and in detail describing the issue you are experiencing.

After that, check the box to confirm your agreement with Lamwork’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Finally, click Send to submit your request to the Admin team.

The Lamwork team will review your request and respond as soon as possible via the email address you provided.
