Lamwork combines structured profile management, community-driven information sharing, and career-focused tools to help users better understand hiring expectations and career opportunities in the modern job market.
Through Lamwork, users can:

• Track profile activity and visibility

How Lamwork Works
Lamwork is designed to help professionals build a structured professional presence while contributing to a shared career knowledge community.
Users can create professional profiles that showcase their skills, experience, and career goals. These profiles may appear publicly on the Talents page when the Public Profile feature is enabled.
In addition to profile management, Lamwork allows users to contribute career-related insights including company reviews, interview experiences, salary information, and career-related questions.
By combining personal profile tools and community-driven information, Lamwork aims to provide a transparent and informative environment for career development.
Account & Sign-in
Create a Lamwork Account
Users can create a Lamwork account using one of two methods:
• Google Sign-In – Register quickly using an existing Google account.
• Manual Registration – Register by entering personal information on the platform.
To create an account:
Visit the Lamwork homepage.
Click the “Sign Up” button.
Choose Google registration or manual registration.
For manual registration, users must provide:
• Full name
• Email address
• Password
• Password confirmation
• Preferred job location
• Career field
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters for security.
After registration, Lamwork sends a confirmation email containing a unique member ID used for account management and support requests.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Sign In to Lamwork
After creating an account, users can sign in to access Lamwork features.
To sign in:
Visit the Lamwork homepage.
Click the “Sign In” button.
Choose one of the following options:
• Sign in with Google
• Sign in using your email address and password.
If the login credentials are correct, the system redirects users to their account dashboard.
If incorrect information is entered, the system will request that users review their login details.
Reset Your Password
If you forget your password, Lamwork provides a password recovery process.
To reset your password:
Go to the Sign-In page.
Click “Forgot Password”.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
New passwords must contain at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters.
If the reset email does not arrive, please check your spam folder or contact Lamwork Support.
Profile Management
Edit Your Profile
The My Profile section allows users to update professional information displayed on Lamwork.
Completing your profile helps improve visibility and helps employers better understand your background.
Profile information may include:
• Basic Information
• Professional Summary
• Education
• Work Experience
• Skills
• Certificates
Users can update their profile information at any time.
Upload Profile Photos
Users can upload or update a profile picture (avatar) and a cover photo.
To upload an image:
Click the image area you want to update.
Select “Upload Photo”.
Adjust the image using the crop tool.
Click “Save”.
If an image is removed, the system will display a default placeholder image.
Update Skills and Experience
Keeping your professional information up to date helps employers and other users better understand your qualifications, career progress, and areas of expertise. A complete and well-structured profile can increase your visibility and improve how your profile appears in searches or recommendations on the platform.
In the My Profile section, users can update several parts of their professional background.
Education
Users may add details about their educational background, including:
• School or university name
• Degree or field of study
• Start and end dates of the program
• Additional academic achievements or relevant coursework
Providing accurate education information helps create a clearer picture of your academic qualifications and professional preparation.
Work Experience
Users may include information about their previous and current job positions.
Typical information includes:
• Job title
• Company name
• Employment duration
• Main responsibilities and achievements
• Technologies or tools used in the role
Describing your responsibilities and accomplishments can help demonstrate your practical experience and professional capabilities.
Technical Skills
Technical skills represent the practical abilities and tools you use in your work.
Examples may include:
• Programming languages
• Software tools or platforms
• Data analysis tools
• Industry-specific technologies
Adding relevant technical skills allows your profile to be discovered more easily by employers searching for specific expertise.
Soft Skills
Soft skills highlight how you work with others and manage professional situations.
Examples may include:

These skills help demonstrate your professional behavior and ability to contribute effectively in a workplace environment.
Professional Certifications
Users may include certifications that support their professional expertise.

Keeping Your Profile Updated
Regularly updating your skills and experience ensures that your profile reflects your most recent qualifications and career progress.
An updated profile can help:
• Improve profile visibility on the platform
• Present a clearer professional background
• Increase the chances of being discovered by employers or collaborators
Users can edit or update this information at any time through the My Profile section.
Change Your Password
Users can update their password through the Account Settings section.
Steps:
Open Account Settings.
Enter your new password.
Confirm the new password.
Click “Save Changes”.
Passwords should contain letters, numbers, and special characters.
Delete Your Account
Users may permanently delete their Lamwork account.
Steps:
Open Account Settings.
Scroll to the Close Account section.
Click “Delete Account”.
Confirm the deletion.
Account deletion is irreversible and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Talents – Show & Hide Profile
Enable Public Profile
Lamwork allows users to make their profiles visible on the Talents page.
To enable this feature:
Open the My Profile page.
Locate the Public Profile option.
Switch the toggle to ON.
When enabled:
• Your profile may appear on the Talents page.
• Employers may discover your profile.
• Profile views may be recorded.
Hide Your Profile from Talents
Users can hide their profile from public visibility.
To disable visibility:
Open the My Profile page.
Locate the Public Profile setting.
Switch the toggle to OFF.
When disabled:
• Your profile will not appear on the Talents page.
• Your information remains private.
• Only you can view and edit your profile.
Premium Account
Subscribe to Premium
Lamwork offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional platform features.
Available plans may include:
• 1-month plan
• 3-month plan
• 12-month annual plan
To subscribe:
Sign in to your Lamwork account.
Navigate to the Premium or Upgrade page.
Select your plan.
Click “Buy Now”.
Payment Methods
Premium payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Users may pay using:
• PayPal accounts
• Debit cards
• Credit cards supported by PayPal.
Cancel Premium Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Steps:
Open Account Settings.
Go to the Payment Info section.
Click “Cancel Subscription”.
Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Community Contributions

Contact & Support
Who Viewed My Profile
The “Who’s Viewed My Profile” feature allows users to see when other accounts view their public profile.
This feature works only when Public Profile is enabled.
Displayed information may include:
• Viewer name
• Professional role
• Viewing timestamp.

If you need assistance, you may contact Lamwork through the Contact page.
Steps:
Visit the Contact page.
Select the inquiry category.
Enter your name, email address, and message.
Confirm agreement with Lamwork’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click “Send”.
The Lamwork team will respond via email.
