  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wafer fab production equipment to ensure equipment uptime during production.
  • Perform troubleshooting activities and maintain or update documents accordingly.
  • Work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions.
  • Perform administrative maintenance duties, including maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, PM reports, troubleshooting reports, and re-ordering, maintaining, and organizing equipment spare parts.
  • Perform shutdowns and startups during all facility activities on all affected semiconductor equipment.
  • Oversee or perform general housekeeping.
  • Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Perform routine mechanical or machining maintenance activities on equipment.
  • Participate in a preventive maintenance program based on OEMs (original equipment manuals) for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities.
  • Maintain records of daily PMs and readings, such as emissions, dust collector, amp on blast wheels, and conductivity for the water treat system.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical issues on both manufacturing and building equipment.
  • Replace motors, drives, wiring, circuit breakers, coils, and switches on equipment.
  • Perform minor parts fabrication using a welder, mill, lathe, or other equipment.
