HR EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to provide comprehensive support for all HR-related matters throughout the organization. This role includes assisting with weekly and monthly reports, monitoring new hires, and facilitating connections between the company and potential candidates. The HR Executive will also create flowcharts and PowerPoint presentations for various organizational events. They offer support to senior management, colleagues, and subordinates in daily operations, and manage projects related to the knowledge base, special initiatives, and social media engagements.

HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting new team members

2. The HR Executive role is part of the People Operations team and reports to the Manager of HR Business Partnering. This position collaborates closely with the HR Business Partner and involves managing the full spectrum of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to engage in Group-wide process improvement initiatives and participate in business-driven programs.

HR Executive Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete support on HR related items across the company.
  • Provide support on various weekly, monthly MIS and joined candidates follow ups.
  • Company, Candidate mapping and networking.
  • Prepare Flowcharts and PowerPoint Presentations for Meetings/Programs/Conferences..
  • Provide other assistance required to senior management, colleagues, and subordinates in discharging day to day duties.

HR Executive Experience and Educations:

  • 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience in similar role
  • Familiar with MS Office especially Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Able to multitask, independent with good time management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicate topics at the right time, express oneself in a manner that is appropriate and respectful
