  • Familiarity with FDA QMS and regulatory requirements for Class 2 medical devices highly desired, including ISO 13485 processes.
  • High degree of proficiency with all standard operations processes include Change Control Processes, Quality Management Systems, NPI processes, Material Planning processes, Inventory Management, and Extreme proficiency with ERP system and proven ability to create and drive highly efficient and globally scalable processes.
  • Technical Service and / or training of complex electro-mechanical devices, ideally in the medical device industry.
  • 1 year of experience at the managerial level or equivalent experience developing processes and overseeing teams.
  • Ability to build, coach and motivate a high-performance technical team, while holding the team accountable for results.
