15. The role of the Creative Director entails establishing the creative vision for the agency and overseeing the creative services department to ensure successful delivery of client projects. Qualification of Creative Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Ten years of experience including supervision of staff
