The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing and supporting a full range of HR services and programs with a particular focus on employee relations, performance management, and oversight of HR systems including the HRMS (Workday). This position collaborates closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to manage the HR team and all aspects of the HR function.
