The Chief Executive Officer leads global expansion efforts for Chirana, overseeing a diverse team and strategically scaling manufacturing, business development, and distribution across key regions. With a focus on establishing the PMLV method as the global standard in respiratory care, the CEO collaborates with industry leaders, manages a $100 million+ budget, and plans to establish a US office.

Chief Executive Officer Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

  • Commercial leadership expertise in respiratory therapy technology or extensive ICU devices experience

The CEO will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in developing and implementing the strategic plan and refining and communicating the mission, vision, values and purpose both internally and externally. The CEO will bring new energy and fresh perspective to the organization’s work including internal operations, finances, team development, innovative programming opportunities, and new partnership and revenue stream models.   • Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the team, challenging the status quo and inspiring innovation while ensuring the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization; establishing effective decision-making processes that will enable Lamwork to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic, and impact performance against milestones and goals.
  • Maintain a diverse and inclusive Board representative of the community that is highly engaged and willing to leverage and secure resources.
  • Serve as the “face” of Lamwork acting as the primary driver in donor and partner cultivation, solicitation and stewardship and the chief storyteller and advocate for members and campaigns.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of comprehensive marketing, branding and development strategies that will ensure consistency throughout the organization, successful solicitation of revenue from funders and raise the visibility and affinity of Lamwork.
  • Develop meaningful partnerships and relationships with key national and global leaders of retail and consumer brands, media platforms and influencers, community-based organizations and governments.
  • Develop and nurture new and existing philanthropic relationships while increasing Lamwork’s capacity for fundraising and development.
  • Ensure that the flow of funds allows for continuous progress with achieving the mission and that those funds are allocated properly to reflect present needs and future potential.

Strategically leading budgeting, forecasting, and business development as the CEO results in driving revenue growth, enhancing profit margins, and establishing a robust market presence in local, EU, and North American markets. The optimization of business profitability and market penetration is achieved through proactive collaboration with Commercial and Finance functions and spearheading product development initiatives.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Community Care Initiatives (CCI), you will lead the development of strategic goals, foster a strong organizational culture, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your role encompasses financial stewardship, community engagement, and advocacy for economic opportunities, requiring a proven track record in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

With a background in finance, law, or insurance, along with 10+ years of industry experience and strong interpersonal skills, navigate negotiations, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to maintaining the industry's integrity.

  • Interview policyholders making claims to discuss valuation and validation of the claim
