Barista Details:

• Greeting and welcoming customers (internal and external).
• Grinding and brewing coffee.
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and educating clients and colleagues about these coffees.
• Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasty beverages.
• Taking client orders and receiving payment.
• Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitised working environment.
• Following health and safety guidelines.
• Regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders.
• Following recipes and presentations for food and beverage items, if needed.
• Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures.

• To liaise with internal and external contacts of all levels, including clients and service contractors as point of communication to ensure efficient customer support all times.
• Provide an efficient and professional customer support service as first point of contact for clients of the Operational Division
• To always represent Atalian Servest in a professional manner and maintain a high level of service to the client..
• To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• To follow instructions from either the client or Atalian Servest Contract Management Team.
• Ensure that all tasks and reports are completed timely and daily to inform Account Manager of any issues, instructions or messages that need to be addressed or tended to.
• To liaise with subcontractors to either receive or provide information.

• Cash/card handling experience necessary.
• A strong foundation of knowledge of a cafe setting
• Team oriented focus, there is no "I" in team
• Knowledge of all menu items and the ability to answer any questions thrown at you.
• Ability to streamline into a fast-paced environment
• A great track record of Timeliness, being on time means you're late.
• Square POS experience is a plus
• Adherence to all Buddy Brew Coffee Recipes at all times
