Barista Details:

• Greeting and welcoming customers (internal and external).
• Grinding and brewing coffee.

• To liaise with internal and external contacts of all levels, including clients and service contractors as point of communication to ensure efficient customer support all times.
• Provide an efficient and professional customer support service as first point of contact for clients of the Operational Division
• To always represent Atalian Servest in a professional manner and maintain a high level of service to the client..
• To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• To follow instructions from either the client or Atalian Servest Contract Management Team.
• Ensure that all tasks and reports are completed timely and daily to inform Account Manager of any issues, instructions or messages that need to be addressed or tended to.
• To liaise with subcontractors to either receive or provide information.

Barista Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a positive guest experience from ordering to handing off a perfectly curated beverage.
• Consistently complete the side work checklist, detailed with opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a safe operating environment by utilizing knowledge of all food safety procedures
• Implement our Mission and Values into every interaction you have with our amazing fanbase.
• Previous Specialty Coffee experience/knowledge including, but not limited to:
• Dialing in espresso, you'll do this every bar shift.
• Cleaning and backflushing an espresso machine is done every night.
• Slow pour familiarity, we employ a fleet of different manual brewing methods.
• Knowledge of various coffee regions, we roast and offer coffee from all over the world.
• A Friendly demeanor is imperative, greeting every guest in a pleasant manner.

Barista Requirements and Qualifications:

• Cash/card handling experience necessary.
• A strong foundation of knowledge of a cafe setting
• Team oriented focus, there is no "I" in team
• Knowledge of all menu items and the ability to answer any questions thrown at you.
• Ability to streamline into a fast-paced environment
• A great track record of Timeliness, being on time means you're late.
• Square POS experience is a plus
• Adherence to all Buddy Brew Coffee Recipes at all times

Barista Functions:
