1. The Auditor will be responsible for the planning and execution of financial, compliance, and operational audits of bank activities to evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Carries out a comprehensive internal audit plan that addresses and mitigates identified risks. Documents and communicates audit findings and recommendations to Management and the Audit Committee. Provides recommendations on process improvements that promote the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Plans develop and execute specific procedures to meet planned objectives on audits of complex Bank activities.
  • Evaluate the design and test the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks and confirm whether existing policies, procedures, and standards are effective and operating as intended.
  • Gathers supporting information through interviews, research, and observation, in order to document an objective assessment of an activity’s risks and controls.
  • Formulates recommendations regarding control deficiencies and system ineffectiveness, identifying areas for improved control, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepares or reviews audit documents, work papers, audit reports, memoranda, and presentations, presenting information in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to the Audit Committee and Management, as deemed applicable.
  • Manages the engagement team on audits of complex Bank activities, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Stays current and knowledgeable about emerging issues, regulations, and industry standards and trends.


Auditor Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree majoring in Accounting or other related fields, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Three (3) or more years of work experience in performing audit procedures or internal control assessments, including formulation and presentation of audit findings.
  • Three (3) or more years of work experience in Public Accounting and/or in process design, evaluation, and improvement preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years years of work experience financial services industry and/or a regulated industry preferred.
  • Uses independent judgment and strong analytic skills to make recommendations to solving complex project and business problems
  • Able to monitor and interpret information for decision-making and presentations by leveraging authoritative resources such as bank regulatory guidance, professional audit organizations, and leading practices from other financial institutions.
  • Able to work independently and on a team while remaining flexible in a demanding work environment in order to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Auditor Duties and Responsibilities:

Auditor Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Newly Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIA or equivalent preferable.

3. As a crucial member of the Corporate Audit Services team, the Auditor will play a vital role in supporting various business groups. The responsibilities encompass a diverse range of auditing tasks, ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations.

Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Helping with hotline management

5. The Group Internal Audit team has responsibility for providing independent assurance that the organization's risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. Included in this, the team verifies that Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls are operating adequately. As a Group Internal Auditor, you will conduct audits of various group operations, liaising closely with the senior management and with a large degree of autonomy for planning audits and reporting findings.

Group Internal Audit Functions:

  • Planning, preparation and completion of the assigned audit plan in accordance with defined quality standards and deadlines
  • Suggesting beneficial changes to audit methodologies and procedures across the Group and ensuring high standard quality audit reports are delivered on a consistent basis
  • Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley Assessments
  • Providing value-adding advice and expertise on various aspects of risk management to all departments in the Group and ensuring effective business changes are introduced as a result of audit findings.

6. The Process Auditor will plan and lead internal process audits, identifying risks within the manufacturing processes. You will verify the effectiveness of all measures implemented by those responsible for the audit findings. You will interface cross-departmentally to foster a collaborative relationship between the quality department and all other plant departments.

Process Auditor Roles:

  • Lead internal process audits.
  • Analyze processes and procedures.
  • Plan the plant’s internal process audit program.
  • Ensure all VDA requirements are met in each manufacturing process.
  • Verify the effectiveness of audit finding responses.
  • Conduct audit opening/closing meetings.

Process Auditor Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Audit experience (internal and/or external), preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of core tools, such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
  • VDA certified process auditor a plus
  • Knowledge of German a plus

7. The Auditor is responsible for assisting other audit team members, as directed, in performing and documenting audit fieldwork, effectively communicating audit findings to senior audit team members, and providing support as needed during the various stages of an audit.

Auditor Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance and support during the audit as requested.
  • Performs testing and carries out components of the audit program, as directed.
  • Throughout the audit, effectively utilizes the automated work papers system (Archer) to document work.
  • Effectively learns the audit process and department standards for work paper documentation.
  • Conducts audits of operations, reviews of divisional structures, controls, policies and procedures
  • Conducts departmental and functional area risk assessments.
  • Participates in internal investigations and recommends corrective actions.


Auditor Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Communicates effectively with contacts encountered during audits, as well as with peers and supervisors, both in writing (e.g. email) and in person.

8. We're searching for a well-organized, analytical Auditor to assist us in reviewing our present policies and procedures and developing plans to strengthen our internal control systems. The Auditor will visit with employees and managers to gather data, evaluate it, identify issues and weaknesses, and assist management in developing plans to reduce or eliminate mistakes.

Auditor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate Oversight on Internal Controls as well as timely Risk Assessment and Mitigation for all global Business Process und Entity Level Risks (act as/ support Internal Controls Liaison in the US)
  • Ensure appropriate Risk Assessment across all major Business und Entity Level Processes (incl. Identification of appropriate Risk Mitigations)
  • Close Work with Internal Controls Team Members across Sites as well as Functional Business Owner (FBOs) and Executive Mgmt to align on appropriate Risk Mitigations and Control Executions
  • Perform Re-test and/or Audit Cycles on all identified Risks to assess Control Design & Implementation (D&I) as well as Operating Effectiveness (O&E)
  • Support Coordination of global and regional Audits (PBCs, Mtg Schedule and Attendance, Follow-up, Remediation, Status Reporting)
  • Ensure appropriate Documentation of all Risks, Control Standards and Controls


Auditor Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of audit experience in a large audit firm or equivalent industry experience within a SOX listed company
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent)
  • Capability to manage complex data volumes using advanced Excel Functions or equivalent
  • Comprehensive Business Process Understanding incl. all major Risk Areas
  • Experience of performing Process Audits, Control Audits and/or Risk Assessments

9. With over 6 years of auditing and supervisory experience, the Senior Auditor is a key player in risk assessment, annual audit planning, and project execution. Their expertise in healthcare, coupled with strong technical skills, allows them to lead audit teams, mentor staff, and convey audit findings effectively, making a substantial impact on organizational success.

Senior Auditor Roles and Tasks:

  • Assist with the identification and assessment of the Lamwork’s risk areas and provides input into the development of the annual audit plan.
  • Leads and coordinates the planning and execution of audit projects by:
  • Developing detailed work programs
  • Conducting interviews and compiling information;
  • Performing and documenting audit procedures;
  • Analyzing financial and operational data and evaluating internal controls;
  • Identifying and communicating meaningful audit findings and recommendations; and
  • Managing follow-up on audit issues and action plans.
  • Mentors and coaches audit staff in all aspects of audit projects including technical accounting and business process matters, audit techniques, effective utilization of data, project management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Represents internal audit on organizational project teams or as otherwise assigned.


Senior Auditor Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6+ years of auditing or accounting experience including prior direct supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in Healthcare sector
  • Experience with IDEA, ACL or other data analysis tool is strongly desired
  • MBA
  • CPA

10. The Auditor role involves coordinating and executing Chain of Custody evaluations in Vietnam, including budgeting, logistical planning, and ensuring adherence to certification protocols. Candidates should have a relevant degree, 2+ years of experience in the timber industry, proficiency in Vietnamese and English, and expertise in audit processes and quality management.

Auditor Primary Focus:

  • Support the coordination and execution of Chain of Custody evaluations in Vietnam – including budgeting, creating service contracts, logistical planning, supporting consultants, liaising with clients and finalising and reviewing reports.
  • Develop and implement evaluation schedules and ensure timely and efficient completion of these.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality control and adherence to TUV SUD’s technical and administration certification protocols.
  • Provide customer service information about certification, technical guidance on interpretation of certification standards and the certification process and trademark use.
  • Manage questions and disputes relating to active certification evaluations


Auditor Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Environmental studies, nature sciences or the like>
  • It is a requirement that you have 2+ years of relevant work experience within the timber processing industry, timber trading, forestry sector, nature protection or similar.
  • You shall be fluent in (written and spoken) Vietnamese and also very good in (written and spoken) English.
  • You are a proficient user of the MS Office package and have a good understanding of administrative IT systems as this is a part of our everyday work.
  • Experience in conducting audits, implementation and maintenance of management systems are advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Services, relevant standards and certification schemes and/or internal quality audit exposure will be advantageous.

11. At Regions, the Auditor plays a crucial role in conducting internal audit activities in strict adherence to the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. The incumbent is responsible for various aspects of the audit engagement plan and contributes to process improvements for the business based on a comprehensive understanding and analysis of process flows and operations.

Roles for Auditor:

  • Assists in the development of the audit engagement plan, such as identifying and assessing risk
