1. Administrative Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform management teams and outputs by utilizing appraisal processes and other management tools
  • Manage a team of people being responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behavior, capability, welfare, health and safety and record-keeping
  • Monitor and measure team performance along with individual key indicators including regular feedback
  • Ensure daily communication to the business in regard to the workload and challenges in order to drive improvements
  • Supporting management with admin functions

2. Administrative Supervisor Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing or supervising staff
  • Experience in a transactional administration
  • Experience in JDE software would be advantageous
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Packages
  • Experience within the waste or transport industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
