1. Business Administrator Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing our purchasing, stock and goods in/out
  • Manage invoicing out of our system and act as a bridge to our outsourced finance partner, ensuring requests and queries are responded to quickly
  • Assist with the administration required for the business to adhere to its compliance requirements including ISO 27001 and data protection
  • Assist the business as required with the handling of phone calls, sales administration quoting and other activities and customer communications
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance and development of our documentation, processes and systems
  • Ensure customer contracts are up to date and services are being billed accurately
  • Assist the business with its recruitment activities and staff on-boarding
  • Ensure the office environment is well managed and presentable
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors to the office
  • Assist with the organisation of events for staff, customers and prospects

2. Business Administrator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Desire to take ownership of tasks and see them to completion
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a similar role within an MSP or Cloud Services provider
  • Data input experience, including reconciliation of financial data
  • Experience using AutoTask, Microsoft Dynamics or Xero (our primary business applications)
  • Experience working in an ISO 27001 certified environment
