- Program Administration: Acts as the administrative lead for CSFS educational programs such as the Practicum in Sustainable Agriculture, short courses, children's programs, LFS 496, etc., including coordinating and implementing student applications and registrations, tuition payments, honoraria to presenters, promotion, and communications
- Event Coordination: Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates events and outreach opportunities for student engagement and knowledge mobilization on campus such as Imagine Day and the Sustainability Fair
- Communication Management: Oversees transcription of teaching findings into communication materials and maintains collaborations with other teaching partners on curricular quality (e.g., CSL, SEEDS, etc.)

- Global Standards Management: Manage and maintain global education standards and consistency for CND Education programs, training, and events in support of EMEA Distributors for expanded reach of local market education to the Nail Professional and to ensure education supports sales growth.
- Brand Consistency: Manage and maintain CND global message and imagery with all education materials, ensuring consistent messaging for all company education and marketing tools for all distributors and CND Educators.
- Certification Oversight: Ensure CND global education standards, certifications, and updates are provided to all EMEA Education Managers for local CND Educator diffusion.
- Program Development: Collaborate with EMEA Marketing and Sales Teams to develop specific education and training programs to onboard new distributors and to support all distributors to sell through product offerings, support achievement of sales targets, and increase brand awareness, by participating in regular Education, Marketing & Sales leadership meetings.
- Communication Approval: Approve all external communications to CND Distributor Education Managers as well as to EMEA Team CND.
- Technical Support: Serve as education liaison to support EMEA distributors, to resolve technical, quality, or education issues, requests, and programs.
- Content Customization: Work with the Education Manager to support and build customized content needs (i.e., Presentations, PPTs, localized tools) specific for EMEA-based distributors to ensure Education is helping to increase brand awareness, instill brand loyalty, assure safe and proper use of product systems, and help to drive sales.
- R&D Collaboration: Support R&D in field testing for product issues and usage questions.
- Product Development Input: Provide input to Global Marketing & Education on new product development, competitive product analysis, and prototype feedback.
- Relationship Development: Develop and deepen relationships with top EMEA Distributors to identify market-specific needs and customize education including training agendas, class paths, stacked classes, and lesson plans.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop specialized teams aligned to the Distribution’s current and future needs (e.g., Vietnamese-speaking, School-focused, Chains-focused, and Digital/Social Media savvy).

- Content Management: Manage CND Education EFT site, communicate and share education content with the EMEA distributor education managers to support the diffusion of education materials for all CND product innovations, launches, collections, and promotions.
- Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and apprentice new Team CND Educators for EMEA.
- Event Leadership: Lead and manage logistics, and Team CND participation at International Boot Camps, Regional Trainings, and other VIP Events.
- Reporting: Complete informative detailed follow-up education reports for all demos/presentations in a timely manner.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for EMEA Education.
- KPI Development: Help build an Education KPI program to help distributors ensure strong metrics and reporting in order to track, measure, and report progress on the impact of Education to the business goals.
