• Coordinate with upstream accounting and shared services management and teams on the consolidation process and related requirements for the monthly financial close and reporting/analysis
• Oversee and perform detailed review of the preparation and analysis of a variety of statutory and management reports
• Oversee and perform a detailed review of the monthly and quarterly reporting to the parent company
• Coordinate with and support TMC requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of consolidated and CONETS (global consolidation) reporting
• Prepare fluctuation analyses at TMNA Consolidated and Combined levels for quarter-end reporting and present fluxes to upper management (Senior Managers, Group Managers, and CAO)
• Oversee and perform a detailed review of the Variable Interest Entities reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with the dealer investment group management on reporting requirements and related process/analysis
• Coordinate with Finance management and team on reporting and planning requirements
