• Be accountable for the timely, complete, and accurate preparation of the company’s quarterly reviewed and annually audited consolidated financial statements by IFRS
• Prepare the company’s Management Discussion and Analysis
• Be responsible for the preparation of the company’s quarterly compliance reporting and covenant calculations under the company’s external agreements
