• Must have experience in IT BA.
• Experiences in information technology.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine the best solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

Qualifications: BA in Management Information Systems with 7 years of Experience

• Able to edit webstorms (knowledge of HTML/CSS helpful, but can teach).
• Able to organize the IH Shared Drive, particularly the new Marketplace Assets.
• Able to assist as a business analyst for Marketplace assets to measure impact more precisely.
• Able to assist and help ideate for other projects as they arise (including comms, marketing, new webstorms, etc.).
• Able to develop assets and L&D material to help users navigate the platform effectively.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Qualifications: BS in Information Systems with 3 years of Experience

• Proven experience working as a business analyst to drive out and capture business processes and requirements.
• Experience in business and operational architecture design with a solid understanding of implications on adjacent business areas.
• Ability to conduct complex business conversations with senior stakeholders and to shape complex solution definitions.
• Proficient knowledge of the available business analysis tools and templates.
• Ability to guide others and to evaluate possible other relevant tools and templates.
• Able to have exposure to the following key modules, including Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Good comprehension of IT and experience with optimization projects or implementation of IT systems, or can demonstrate profound interest and/or competencies within the field.
• Strong communicator and facilitator.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with the SAFe Agile framework.

Qualifications: BA in Project Management with 9 years of Experience

• Able to coordinate the implementation of business requirements as defined by the fraud line of business.
• Must have excellent communication skills and a proven background in translating functional requirements into Agile stories.
• Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
• Must have a technical background to facilitate communication and understanding among developers during story grooming.
• Must have a technical background, including SQL, Java.
• Must have shows a strong interest in going further.
• Able to critical/analytical mindset.
• Must have problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: BS in Data Science with 5 years of Experience

• IT-related business analyst experience.
• Experience with IT fundamentals, such as database and user interface designs, process/data flow analysis.
• Ability to interact directly with development teams.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Must have time management skills.
• Analytical skills, the ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
• Strong interpersonal skills with end users, product owners, and upper management.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Able to communicate clearly and logically and positively.
• Able to love solving problems.
• Must be fluent in English. 

Qualifications: BS in Computer Science with 4 years of Experience

• Experience working as an IT business analyst within Energy, Finance, BI, IT, or other related areas.
• Experience working with energy or financial data or within the business management area, as well as collecting and analyzing technical business requirements (i.e., requirements engineering).
• Ability to translate concepts, solutions, models and datasets into simple, easily understood concepts, visually, verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience or demonstrated capability in taking part in transformational or improvement initiatives in complex, dynamic environments.
• Experience in testing solutions and validating that requirements have been fulfilled.
• Excellent English and Latvian language skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written).
• Must have a natural ability to go into details.
• Strong focus and commitment.

Qualifications: BA in Operations Management with 6 years of Experience
