1. The IT Business Analyst will focus on identifying business needs, documenting requirements and specifications related to data and reporting, communicating with external and internal stakeholders, and managing the process using an agile methodology. Experience working with Retail domain required.
IT Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with business users, IT and external clients vendors to identify and understand business needs related to data acquisition, consumption and delivery
- Elicit, analyze and validate these requirements, recognize patterns and conceptualize processes
- Document business and functional requirements and specifications, and provide to all stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between different teams and communicate effectively to keep them informed
- Assist with setting up configuring Azure DevOps to document, plan and manage progress
- Adapt agile methodology based on current working environment, resources and user needs constraints, and implement and train users
- Perform basic data analysis to understand data gaps requirements
- Understand and document reporting requirements, collaborate closely with users to implement them, and provide guidance for testing
- Identify improvement opportunities proactive and reactive
- Assist in tracking progress of deliverable and communicating
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT users

- Experience in business analyst role working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate advanced Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience
