  • Utilize the workforce planning process to develop staffing requirements that allow for profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze reports, business performance trends (revenue, cost management, profitability, and customer satisfaction) and develop or recommend strategic solutions to improve business performance.
  • Implement, direct, adhere and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies, values and Code of Conduct.
  • Work with the Call By Call manager to complete reports on every service job.
  • Work with the department head on a completed technical program for techs/installers.
  • Provide weekly Reports to the Technical Director of usage, install/service in associated locations.
  • Recruit, train and motivate Help Desk Managers to provide full technical services to clients through technical call-by-call management.
