• Implement and coordinate the Safety and Environmental programs in the Plant.
• Accomplish with HSE group standards, local and federal laws, regulations, or requirements.
• Elaboration and keep up-to-date EHS reports ( BV, OJT BG )
• Participate in the EHS Commission
• Maintain adequate fire and emergency equipment (Extinguishers, Raisers, Sprinklers, valves, alarms, CCTV, and Access Control)
• Train personnel in Safety, Health, Environment, and Ergonomics Standards
• Carry out audits in production areas, logistics, cafeteria, contractors, and external areas to ensure the fulfillment of HSE standards and legal requirements.
• Follow up and close the findings by HSE audits, QRAP, and send weekly reports.
• HSE verification and checklist for new equipment and projects.
• Take responsibility for following and the closing findings.
• Keep HSE communication through whiteboards, e-mail, and banners of the accidents and incidents.
• Continuous improvement of the personal protective equipment.

Job Summary: 

• Coordinate the training program of the emergency brigades.
• Perform HSE periodic campaigns.
• Active participation in accomplishing all internal requirements (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, Valeo 5000, OHSAS 18001) applicable to the position's activities.
• Assure the fulfillment of EHS Legal requirements ( CEDESU, SEMARNAT, SSA, SEA, PROFEPA, STPS, CONAGUA, etc.)

Job Summary: 

• Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy at Wafer Technology as directed by the Regional HSE Manager and site Operations Director/General Manager
• Collaborate with the Regional HSE Manager and Operations Director to ensure a uniform and consistent approach to Safety and Environment procedures.
• Maintain site statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental records
• Advise Senior Site Management on staff issues connected with HSE.

Job Summary: 

• Work closely together with Tech Centers, operations, and facility managers to actively identify, control, minimize, mitigate, and/or remove risks in the site’s day-to-day operations. 
• Participate in and facilitate HS&E audits, front-end process engineering events focusing on risk assessment, evaluation of new processes, and review of facility layouts for potential HS&E issues. 
• Manage all site safety programs, including PPE, Industrial Vehicles, LOTO, Machine guarding, GHS, etc. 
• Manage all safety incidents, investigations, and incident corrective actions, lead and train the Emergency Response Team 
• Conduct routine area safety audits with the Prototype Supervision team 
• Site representative for any state or federal agency audits, including BATF&E, OSHA, EPA, and UDAQ 
• Ensure compliance with all BATF&E regulations with all on-site explosive storage magazines and corresponding regulations. 
• Manage and input all workplace injury claims, working with the WC insurance representative and the health clinic's Occupational Nurse. 
• Determines OSHA recordability and maintains the facility’s OSHA required documents, i.e., 300, 300A, and 301 
• Responsible for managing the facility’s Workers' Compensation, Return to Work, and Modified Duty programs.  
• Manage all industrial hygiene activities, including air, noise, hazardous material sampling, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) review, PPE assessments, etc.
• Assists with Industrial Hygiene Sampling.
