Job Summary: 

• Responsible for directly leading and developing the assigned engineering and maintenance team with a primary focus on production support, automation, continuous improvement, facility infrastructure, and equipment safety.
• Works closely with NPI and Production to provide scale-up support to ensure smooth transitions on new processes.
