• Understanding of legislative requirements, including ESOS, Mandatory GHG Reporting, MCPD, EU/UK ETS, and a familiarity with ISO 14001 and 50001
• Experience with desk-based review of energy data and delivering building energy audits
• Ability to produce high-quality written reports to suit varying audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Excellent data handling skills and advanced knowledge of Excel

• Experience analyzing commercial or institutional energy use, identifying opportunities for energy improvements, and assisting customers.
• Good Understanding of Energy efficiency goals/policies of the District of Columbia.
• Knowledge of relevant energy codes and standards and demonstrated leadership internally and externally in at least one significant area of technical and/or financial expertise.
• Experience in building energy audits of multifamily/commercial buildings and experience with building commissioning
