Qualifications: BS in Engineering Management with 9 years of experience

• Experienced within a similar role, implementing process Improvement Engineer/Process Engineer/Project Engineer
• Experienced in mechanical maintenance - hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement successful changes
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Ability to and confident in liaising with suppliers
• Basic knowledge of controls, PLC, automation or robot engineering
• Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Understanding and experience in implementing continuous improvement through 5S and Kaizen
• Competent in the use of mills and lathes

Qualifications: BS in Production Engineering with 5 years of experience

• Operational understanding of manufacturing, business software systems, business systems functions and how they inter-relate, and customer expectations
• Proficient understanding of fundamental Lean tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Mistake Proofing, TPM, MDI, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Strong understanding of Six Sigma tools and approach including but not limited to DMAIC, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability, Experimental Design (DOE), etc.
• Effective project and time management techniques
• Working knowledge of various software systems including Microsoft Office, SAP, Minitab, Wonderware, etc.
• Strong presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, conflict resolution, listening skills, coaching and facilitating skills
• Ability to identify, scope, and execute numerous improvement projects simultaneously
• Capacity to communicate complex theories in simple terms to all levels of the organization
• Effectively able to articulate technical details in written form
• Strong organizational planning skills with proven ability to facilitate change
• Strong emotional intelligence with the demonstrated ability to influence and coach employees and leaders at all levels
• Experience in a Lean Six Sigma enterprise or equivalent educational experience

Qualifications: BS in Industrial Technology with 7 years of experience

• Experience in chemical or related field operations
• Experience in a chemical operations environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information with global internal and external partners 
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with individuals at all levels of the company including client representatives and subcontractors
• Working knowledge of equipment design, scale-up procedures, troubleshooting, rework planning, project management skills, and change management experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office knowledge (expert level Excel), Minitab or other statistical tools, and SAP knowledge

Qualifications: BS in Logistics Engineering with 6 years of experience

• Proven expertise in analytical problem-solving methodology
• Significant and relevant delivery experience of equipment and process improvement practices within a highly regulated manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
• Must have a statistical benefit needs analysis understanding (data set justification, etc.)
• Experience with equipment and materials within a packaging environment
• Experience in working and delivering initiative and project-based activities
• Working experience in project management, quality, industrial engineering and/or continuous improvement
• Familiarity with lab and facility equipment such as oscilloscopes, probes, multi-meters, etc
• Understanding of basic manufacturing-related tools and equipment
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
• Knowledge or familiarity with FMEA analysis
• Proven ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and understand Risk Management
• Demonstrated understanding of Project management
