  • Lead the marketing function of new methods and online products & services.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Tech & Product teams to ensure that the online services are fully optimized for the target segments.
  • Plan and oversee all online marketing campaign strategies, including social media channels.
  • Direct investment in customer and market research including ongoing Customer Satisfaction Indexes, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Work with the Head of Sales to ensure all activity is coordinated with marketing including new sales, retention of existing customers, and key accounts.
  • Work closely with content to encourage lead generation and generate content targeted to priority customer segments.
  • Develop systems and processes to maximize first-time & subsequent renewal rates.
  • Develop ideas for product development and new products & services
  • Lead and agree on the marketing strategy through market, customer and competitor analysis.
  • Conceive and implement budget spend on marketing services to maximize ROI in agreement with the businesses.
