The Business Process Analyst creates process documentation, diagnostic assessments, and Lean-based improvement designs across functions in a multinational organisation, supporting workshops and stakeholder implementation from a foundation of established process management methodologies. Reporting to operations and business leadership, the Business Process Analyst executes compliance analysis, process coaching, and governance activities that embed new ways of working and drive measurable change across the organisation.


What You'll Do

  • Determine and evaluate the current state of business processes by analyzing information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Diagnose existing processes and design improved ones by applying appropriate methodologies, such as Lean.
  • Elicit inputs for process design using interviews, workshops, scenarios, and document analysis.
  • Create process documentation, workflows, guidelines, summaries, and process training packs to facilitate stakeholder discussions and support implementation.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks and participate in problem resolution.
  • Consolidate data and provide process compliance analysis for management review.
  • Provide process coaching to team members as required.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, operations management, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business process management across functions in a multinational organisation.
  • Experience in embedding new processes and driving change in the business.
  • Proven track record in process design, development, and governance using established methodologies, including running workshops with stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to resolve obstacles effectively, whether analytically or creatively.
  • Excellent English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within an organisation.
