Job Summary:
- Conduct annual and ad hoc detailed BIAs for the defined critical business functions in coordination with the first line of defense
- Provide training and education for business units on BCM
- Responsible for the ongoing design, implementation, management and embedding of the BCM framework
- Ensure that the enterprise program remains current, incorporates / aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers audit and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain BCM policies, standards and procedures as appropriate
- Develop and provide reporting on the overall status and effectiveness of the BCM program and planning efforts
- Promote awareness and understanding of BCM responsibilities and capabilities
- Develop, implement and serve as the functional product owner of the BCM software tools
- Identify risks to business continuity and IT disaster recovery, including new and emerging risks, and coordinate organizational response and mitigation
- Complete ad hoc and annual analysis of BCM risk for third-party relationships
