- Identify the specific needs of each affiliate to properly manage, service and grow his or her portfolio of affiliates
- Proactively build the number of affiliate partners through outreach, recruiting and relationships to achieve monthly growth goals
- Identify and recruit new affiliates through various channels including social networks, online and offline communities and groups, blog postings, email, etc.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
- Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance
- Present reports for relevant program metrics such as the number of affiliate partners and ROAS, etc.
- Implement monthly contests to excite affiliate participation
- Work with tech and design teams to launch fresh creative and landing pages to keep the program fresh
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and affiliates sized from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
- Grow and Manage over $1M+ of new marketing partner's business via Internet and phone calls, then validate and close for continued fresh growth of the program
