- Proactively work with clients and partners to grow account size and value
- Build and manage the relationship with stakeholders and partners in the region to be a trusted industry expert
- Grow partner revenue through optimization and new business strategies

2. Affiliate Manager Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management or Operations role with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate industry
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
- Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realise them
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
- Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
- Knowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem solving
- A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results
- Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
- Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
- Comfortable working with numerical skills, ideally has previous google analytics would be great
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
