1. Affiliate Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with clients and partners to grow account size and value
  • Build and manage the relationship with stakeholders and partners in the region to be a trusted industry expert
  • Grow partner revenue through optimization and new business strategies
  • Provide direction on business priorities based on expected opportunity size
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis at a partner or market level to explain the latest trends and changes
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve revenue to partners and leadership team
  • Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns and pitches
  • Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
  • Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Analyze conversion rates and conversion drivers

2. Affiliate Manager Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business or quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management or Operations role with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate industry
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
  • Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realise them
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
  • Knowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem solving
  • A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results
  • Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
  • Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
  • Comfortable working with numerical skills, ideally has previous google analytics would be great
