The Human Resources Manager will engage in all facets of people and culture, from advising on benefits to designing and implementing policies and innovating HR processes. 1. Human Resources Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively and positively support our managers and employees through any people and culture challenges they may face on a day to day basis.
  • Provide HR policy guidance to the team and design new and review existing policies as needed.
  • Manage, advise on and benchmark local benefits (through a third-party provider).
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from managing offers, onboardings to conducting exit interviews.
  • Partner with SVP on all company recruiting to attract, hire, develop and retain top talent.
  • Support and continue to refine our culture as one on creativity, curiosity, collaboration and fun.
  • Manage our social and digital presence for talent acquisition and recruiting.
  • Oversee the internship program including the development of existing and new academic and social relationships with our partners by attending career fairs, networking events, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and foster all community relationships to support Cramer’s commitment to social responsibility and charitable relations.
  • Manage all HR communications through various internal channels.
  • Be an active participant on employee committees/programs related to ongoing internal initiatives.

2. Human Resources Manager Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a start-up/scale-up environment is required, managing various HR tasks such as recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and being "hands-on" are essential.
  • A strong passion for learning, innovation, and finding new efficiencies is valued.
  • Possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple demands and competing, changing priorities is crucial.
  • Being proactive and taking ownership are key traits.
  • Monitoring the pulse of the organization to ensure a high level of employee engagement is necessary.
  • Exhibiting discretion and maintaining confidentiality are expected.
