- Team Mentoring: Provide mentoring and training to the junior members of the team.
- Ticket Management: Triage ticket allocation on the ticketing system.
- Issue Resolution: Create, monitor, and resolve the more complex issues on the ICT ticketing system, escalating to the HIT.
- Hardware Maintenance: Install software and repair hardware and peripherals.
- Account Administration: Responsible for administering user accounts.
- Asset Management: Participate in maintaining records such as the ICT asset register.
