SALES SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering financial results, ensuring effective processes and standards. They conduct performance review meetings and coach each team member to maximize performance. The role includes managing the vehicle delivery process to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor resolves customer issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

1. As a Sales Supervisor, you will cultivate relationships with regional decision-makers in retail, focusing on maximizing sell-out performance, ensuring optimal product assortment and display, and collaborating with marketing to develop impactful campaigns. Your role includes managing inventory efficiently, analyzing competitor trends, and generating sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Sales Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To build a relationship with the Regional Key decision-makers of retail clients, full oriented to Sell-out;
  • Oversee the assortment and display of products on the shops;
  • Ensure that there is sufficient stock of various products and that the products are priced correctly;
  • Works closely with inventory systems to make sure that popular items are being restocked on shelves and that less popular items are not being ordered in large amounts;
  • Monitor local competitors, upcoming trends, from the “on the ground” perspective;
  • Interact with Marketing area, in order to develop seasonal campaigns, trade marketing activations at POS, develop tools to leverage brand awareness and boost sales;
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business and clients targets.


Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field;
  • Experience in FMCG sales, marketing, product marketing or related field;
  • Negotiation skills to lead and/or influence buyers and colleagues and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and mandarin;
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of reports;
  • Strong analytical and process skills.
  • Deep sales marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding;
  • Experience managing a global brand;
  • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas;
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams;
  • Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.

2. The Sales Supervisor will operate under the guidance of the Site Manager and be responsible for achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales targets for new and used cars. This role includes ensuring the highest level of customer service individually and collaboratively with the sales team.

  • Manages the new and used cars stock according to the company standards 


Sales Supervisor Requirement and Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Sales team management experience 3-5 years
