The Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the distribution system within their designated territory for the company's products. This includes overseeing both contract and ordinary customers, covering wholesale and retail segments. The role ensures that sales agents and their vehicles operate in compliance with company regulations.

1. Sales Supervisor Functions
- Sales team management.
- Directs, trains, guides and monitors all the sales force under their supervision, aiming to achieve the company's objectives.
- Compiles daily route plan for each sales agent, and continuous supervises sales agent performance
- Presents and continuously follows the realization of the monthly target for each sales agent for each brand (brand).
- Presents and supports the monthly promotion plan that has been approved.
- Constantly controls and maintains the stock of distributors' warehouses based on the list of predefined products and carries out the necessary orders in Albania.
- Coordinates the actions of agents with the Finance Department for various daily problems.
- Assists sales agents directly in the field by giving them support and assistance to resolve various situations that may arise,
- Collects the necessary information from the market about the competition, their activities as well as about the parallel import,
- Negotiation when a new customer is opened, for the list of products, their placement, sale and conditions with which this cooperation will be closed,
- Participates in negotiations with the clients with contracts.
- Follows on a daily basis the problematic receipts and customers with delays.
- Prepares and submits reports on time.
2. Sales Supervisor Educations and Requirements
- University degree
- Work experience in the Sales Field (FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Driving license B category
- Good organizational skills in resolving various market situations,
- Strong client focus, communication skills
- Foreign language: English is required
- Ability to manage time in the field
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly and willingness to do so
- Creative, solution oriented and ability to work individually and as a team
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
