2. As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Lamwork, you will spearhead sales and marketing initiatives across the Europe/UK region, directly reporting to the General Manager Global Sales. This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere within Europe or the UK, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants within the region.

Sales and Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Manage current and develop new markets, channels and distribution to increase business volumes
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new market partners
  • Lead market research within the territory into Rockit consumers and potential consumers
  • Develop sales and marketing plans in conjunction with the Global Sales and Marketing General Managers and report on progress
  • Lead local market digital promotions and consumer campaigns to achieve brand and sales targets
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver consumer plans and ensure the brand is positioned correctly
  • Grow Lamwork’s presence and following on local social media platforms
  • Work with the NZ based sales and logistics team to manage volume and shipping to meet market requirements


Sales and Marketing Manager Experience and Education:

  • At least 10 years account management and business development experience in the Europe / UK region in Produce and/or FMCG sectors
  • Distributor/Agent and direct retail management experience
  • Experience growing social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • A good command of spoken and written English

3. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Sales, Events, Bid, and Partnerships Teams to create and manage all marketing materials essential for achieving our workplace revenue goals. While knowledge of the UK pension market is a plus, it is not mandatory. What’s crucial are your strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in developing effective sales materials. You’ll be part of a dynamic 20-member team, directly reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive. Our Marketing Team is diverse, including contractors, full-time, and part-time staff, all bringing a wealth of unique backgrounds and experiences.

Sales and Marketing Manager Functions:

  • Manage and implement the workplace pension marketing plan.
  • Work closely with the Sales Teams to update and create brand-compliant marketing materials for new business.
  • Work closely with the Events Team to advertise and deliver regular webinars and content for in-person or virtual events for the Sales team to use.
  • Work closely with the Bid Team to review and enhance RFPs and RFIs.
  • Working with the Partnerships Team to develop, implement and manage a partnerships marketing plan.

Sales and Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Excellent Google Suite skills – Docs, Sheets and Slides.

  • Strong copywriting skills, ideally with a basic understanding of content design.
  • Experience in a marketing or sales role, ideally in a regulated business (e.g. financial services, fintech...)
  • Degree in marketing or a similar business field.

  • Consistently delivers on the multi-year growth targets for of volume, revenue and profitability. 
  • On an on-going basis, identifies growth areas for the assigned product areas and manages a healthy growth pipeline
  • Develops and executes strategic account plans for major target customers and communicates Lamwork value propositions aimed at developing new business
