2. Sales and Marketing Manager Qualifications and Requirements

  • A university degree (economics preferable)
  • Previous experience as sales manager or sales and marketing director, kay account manager in logistic and supply chain company (international company is the plus) at least 5 years at same position
  • Strong knowledge in transport and logistics
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales principles, strategy, pricing methods, as well as development of commercial agreements and contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Fluent verbal and written English
  • Project management and business administration skills
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with different level customers and partners to develop lasting and productive relationships
  • Excellent problem resolution, escalation mitigation, customer service and consultative service sales
