1. The Recruitment Manager will spearhead the GTM recruitment division, tasked with the strategic recruitment and retention of top-tier talent. This pivotal role involves collaborative partnerships with department leaders to effectively expand and fortify their teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record from high-velocity settings, coupled with a deep understanding of the latest global trends and methodologies in talent acquisition.

Recruitment Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for the Go to Market recruiting team
  • Lead a team of recruiters while balancing their workloads, helping them prioritize their roles, and supporting them in the recruitment and hiring processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert for hiring managers by optimizing the recruiting funnel, and addressing operational challenges that allow for greater scalability
  • Consistently improve upon existing practices and resources, and implement new best practices and ideas to better the recruitment process
  • Participate in the greater global recruiting team in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Developing strong relationships with third party providers to develop candidate pipelines through academies, colleges etc.
  • Provide weekly status reports on pipeline metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from an engaging sourcing strategy to getting talent on board
  • Recruiting experience in sales, marketing, and the corporate space

2. The key responsibilities of this role is the management of the HR operations in our Sofia office. This is a broad role encompassing general HR, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and coaching of managers. The Recruitment Manager will partner closely with senior stakeholders based in Sofia and our HQ’s in Dublin and New York. You will contribute in a meaningful way to the accomplishment of our HR and recruitment strategy, which supports our high-performance culture of quality, productivity and standards.

Recruitment Manager Details:

  • Manage the HR and recruitment requirements for the Sofia office which currently supports approx. 100 employees with significant growth plans for 2021
  • Manage the onboarding, transfer and off boarding processes
  • Effectively partner with operational managers to manage employee relations and provide guidance of all HR related matters.
  • Assist with the resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
  • Oversight of the monthly payroll submission for Sofia, working with local HR employees to ensure all information provided to finance and payroll providers is accurate.
  • Reporting on key metrics including hires, open vacancies, turnover, schedules for contract types, working hours and patterns and tracking and reporting of headcount etc.
  • Working closely with managers to coordinate the recruitment of our tech roles in our Sofia office in line with HedgeServ’s policies and procedures.
  • Remain fully aware of emerging trends in the HR & recruitment market and work with management to ensure that HedgeServ can be prepared for such changes.
  • Working with Hiring Managers to coach and develop their skills in relation to interviewing etc and act as a point of knowledge for the teams.
  • Manage, contribute & monitor HedgeServ’s online and social media presence, maximizing the employer brand reach through traditional and creative channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and relevant local platforms.
  • Research industry networking events and opportunities to promote the HedgeServ employer brand.
  • Arrange career fairs and marketing materials to represent HedgeServ at career fairs and events throughout the year.


Recruitment Manager Ability, Knowledge and Qualification:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian employment legislation and labor code and contract types i.e. SCWT, OEWD etc.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience and / or Workday experience an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting in the local market with a high offer to acceptance rate.
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • An enthusiastic person who can work well under pressure in our busy office.
  • Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • A flexible, hands on approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well with all team members to complete tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to produce work at a consistently high standard.
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and discretion with well-developed judgment.

3. The Recruitment Manager is dedicated to talent acquisition and business development within our permanent Finance and Accounting Division. They collaborate with stakeholders to identify key positions, ensuring a streamlined process from recruitment to training by coordinating with the Workflow, HR, and Learning & Development teams. This role is crucial for maintaining a structured and effective approach to hiring and preparing new team members.

Recruitment Manager Roles and Duties:

  • Roll out initiatives for the region, capture and report on metrics for the region
  • Support operational planning and manage roaster, keeping HRBPs, operational managers and finance teams aware of their roles in the process.
  • Work with staffing agencies, develop tested and robust contingency plans for a number of eventualities. 
  • Ensure that agencies meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with ME legislation including relevant legislation process.
  • Root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth coordination to meet the desired objectives.

Recruitment Manager Experience and Requirement:

  • Direct recruitment experience, 15 years of HR experience including recruitment experience at a leadership level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, team management, problem solving and analytical skills.
