  • Be responsible for network configuration, documentation, inventories, and maintenance of the systems at Busch Gardens.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate system problems in a client/server environment
  • Work with staff to improve productivity, spirit, and cohesiveness
  • Guide and teach less experienced support staff, issue rewards, and provide coaching
  • Respond and resolve issues called into the helpdesk
  • Build relationships and collaborate with the front-of-house departments
  • Ensure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and apply it to deliver full system benefits
  • Understand fully the legal requirements on IT governance and security
  • Handle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise
