  • Act as key contact for business partners in Finance, maintaining a close relationship and actively defining the IT system landscape and roadmap for Finance and driving IT-related Business decisions.
  • Responsible for demand management and project prioritization for the assigned Business area.
  • Set up projects, including selecting software vendors and consulting partners, creating project plans and budgets and gaining required approvals from BI IT’s leadership teams.
  • Drive the alignment of process and technical roadmaps together with the business partner in accordance with the overall IT strategy, are create value for BI.
  • Take care of the system life cycle management (design, planning, implementation and operation), providing an efficient support model for the respective complex IT solutions and Business Partner, including management of external vendors and contracts.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders of various medical functions and define technology-supported solutions.
  • Plan and lead responsibly large and complex global projects with business in terms of time, quality, and cost.
  • Solve business challenges and create a successful basis for cross-functional projects.
  • Follow innovative trends and agile methods to identify potential approaches for improvements in the area and beyond.
