• Working knowledge of the principles and guidelines for GMP as set out in the "Orange Guide".
• Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with knowledge of sterile filtration, liquid filling components bulk provider manufacturing.
• Understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations for equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and computerized system validation (CSV).
• Experience with new facility/process start-up.
• Aptitude for or working knowledge of mechanical and software operations.
• Proactive approach to work with a willingness to do what needs to be done to deliver against milestones
• Pragmatic/common-sense approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrable ability to make sound risk-based decisions.
• Experience in lean/removal of non-value added from documentation and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications: BS in Forensic Accounting with 8 years of Experience

• AML, complex financial crime, transnational organized crime investigative experience, specifically relating to on-chain cryptocurrency investigations.
• Intelligence Analysis or Law Enforcement experience working on financial crimes, specifically relating to on-chain cryptocurrency investigations.
• Proven knowledge of international and regional AML and Sanctions regulations and guidance, such as the Bank Secrecy Act (US) and the US Patriot Act.
• Experience developing typologies and red flag indicators for emerging crypto-related threats (e.g., DeFi exploits, ransomware, or darknet transactions).
• Experience delivering expert testimony or investigative briefings to internal governance committees or external regulators.
• Advanced data query and analysis skills (SQL, SAS, Teradata, Hadoop, etc.).
• Advanced research and analytical skills, business acumen, strategic and creative thinking.
• Strong project leadership skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
