  • Update renewal information request sheets
  • Coordinate the gathering of information from the various locations
  • Compile the information, ensuring completeness and accuracy for final review
  • Check the invoices for the proposals including the tax calculations
  • Prepare the allocation of insurance for review
  • Distribute the allocation post review, including providing invoicing support with the invoice (binders, etc)
  • Track and follow up with the business unit on the payment of invoices
  • Track and ensure all policies are received
  • Maintain and update the policy inventory sheet
  • Maintain the insurance cost tracker
  • Update and prepare the insurance manual for the various business units
  • Add/ Delete properties as they are purchased or sold and follow up on semi-annual billing or credit
  • Follow up on claim documentation and maintain a claim file
  • Follow up on claims through to settlement and resolution, including tracking payments from insurers
