- Execute engagements that can be in different phases of the Business transformation
- Conduct interviews/workshops/walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to elicit and document requirements
- Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and resources required to support the transformation initiative
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on different transformation programs and initiatives
- Play key roles across end-to-end project execution, stakeholder communication and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending mitigation plans
- Support business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositions
- Develop market-relevant thought leadership points of view
- Answer calls from customers and guide them to a happy resolution
- Listen to the customer, detect their needs and then either resolve the query or match them to one of the products that will help them
- Leave the customer happy, with a positive lasting impression of the company, and an extraordinary feeling about products and services
