Job Summary: 

• Monitor all in-transit shipments
• Tracks all inbound commercial invoices (Part numbers, quantities, container number, vessel name and ETA)
• Delegates parts to appropriate customers according to releases/schedules
• Alerts the Shipper of any shipment delays
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments as well as any air shipments
• Receives shipping notifications from Shipper, and enters all container numbers and ETA’s into the Vessel Arrival spreadsheet
• Works with customs brokers/freight forwarders to ensure all shipping documentation requirements are met and prepares shipping documents
