Job Summary:
- Support implementation leads with the full implementation cycle from signed to live for mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Provide support with the implementation of project plans, managing multiple rollouts simultaneously, and ensuring the timely delivery of service and deliverables.
- Coordinate a cross-functional implementation team, including product managers and customer success managers throughout the implementation process, while maintaining and communicating the implementation status.
- Align training, project plans, and support with customers' goals, and transform customers into HowNow experts and evangelists.
- Build meaningful and collaborative relationships with product champions and key stakeholders within each account.
- Ensure the successful rollout of new product features to existing customers by working closely with the product and customer success teams.
- Serve as first level support for the implementation and customer success teams on internal tasks required to support customers, such as recapping actionable items from implementation meetings, tracking and updating implementation project plans, coordinating meeting times with multiple stakeholders, taking meeting minutes, initiating and tracking the status of internal systems and procedures, pulling reports, and investigating product-related issues.
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments such as product, operations, data science, and marketing.
- Assist with member marketing material creation and editing.
- Manage open tickets and ensure deadlines are met.
- Report updates and enhancements.
