• Experience in development, customization, configuration, and deployment of IAM systems, including hands-on experience with products and technologies such as Ping Federate, SailPoint, Thycotic, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Professional certifications in Identity Management or Information Security (e.g., CIST/CIMP/CIAM/CISSP/CISM).
• Knowledge of major identity standards and guidelines (e.g., NIST 800-63).
• Strong experience in identity access management at an enterprise level.

• Experience migrating manual systems to automated systems.
• Experience in a Banking environment.
• Access Control and Policy experience.

Qualifications: BA in Management Information Systems with 5 years of Experience

• IT Technical Experience in configuring and designing IT security systems, rules, and permissions (Active Directory).
• In-depth experience using Active Directory (AD) - Account Administration/Provisioning, add/change/delete, and troubleshoot access issues in AD.
• Experience in data mining- reporting, report/data analysis in AD.
• Experience with provisioning tools and clean up, and other AD research.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with a ticketing system, project work for access management, group access creation and file access in an Aan D environment.
• Prior experience in AD must include working in an environment with more than 100 users.
• Experience in application onboarding with an IDM solution (OIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, CA).
• WEB services development experience (SOAP and REST/JSON) and good knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL) and strong scripting skills.

• Solid work experience in IAM or a similar function.
• Experience in managing user access on various external systems (Banking applications, Nat Gas and Power systems, Commodity Exchanges).
• Knowledge or experience with various industry-wide access management systems (Sailpoint, CyberArk, Splunk, Active Directory, Remedy, Helix).
• Ability to operate and deliver within a trade support environment.
• Understanding of key identity lifecycle events.
• Prior experience in dealing with global 3 rd parties, including vendors, external business systems providers and clients.
• Experience in working with Industry, Federal Agencies, or DoD.
• Experience managing or performing in-depth research and analysis to design, develop, or deliver IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military operations.
• Must have Secret clearance.

Qualifications: BA in Organizational Leadership with 5 years of Experience

• Work experience in IT.

• Must have scripting automation proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience administering or troubleshooting IAM tools.
• Experience with queries and relational databases.
• Experience conducting risk analysis.
• Experience with the following technologies, including Sailpoint, Active Directory, HashiCorp, AzureAD, and PKI Certificates.
• Expertise in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries. CISSP certification.
• Technical experience in IT operations or systems administration supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Duo, Fischer International, ForgeRock, Grouper, ISIM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Ping Identity, RadiantLogic, SailPoint, Saviynt, Shibboleth, Thycotic).
• Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment while leveraging best practices.
• Ability to effectively identify and communicate key issues and concerns.

Qualifications: BS in Computer Engineering with 2 years of Experience

• Identity and Access Management experience.
• Administrative experience with Active Directory Federation Services, Group Policy Objects and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.
• Knowledge of least privilege methodology, role-based access control, security regulations, support (which includes ticket management), customer service, permissions and groups.
• Must have troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems, can multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment while providing an excellent user experience.
