Job Summary: 

• Manage interfaces with Abu Dhabi Customs, Dubai Customs, and any international customs authority
• Ensure that CLIENT’S Healthcare Logistics entities (Warehousing, Distribution, and Inventory Management) operate in compliance with local and international procedures and standards
• Accountable for developing the CLIENT’S Healthcare Customs and Freight manual and all additional guidelines
• Accountable for monitoring and tracking all freight shipments via CLIENT’S Healthcare and any external partner, provider, entity, and place
• Act as a key liaison between Procurement and the Warehouse and Inventory Managers for all received CLIENT’S Healthcare shipments at any International and UAE point of entry
• Provide local customs and freight guidance to the CLIENT’s internal personnel
• Establish best practices for Customs and Freight operations throughout the CLIENT’S Healthcare operation and develop, socialize, and approve Standard Operating Procedures and Models
• Provide timely reporting schedules and dashboards for all shipments daily (quotes, in progress, and completed), and include all customs queries and actions
