Job Summary: 

• Ongoing up-to-date analysis of accounts payable spend and providing timely forecasts to the Treasury Manager for cash forecasting
• Prepare and analyze monthly DPO reports
• Responsible for developing metrics for Finance Operations: payroll, accounts payable, billing, and collections. 
• Analyzing the data to calculate the metrics and then presenting in PowerPoint
• Ad hoc reporting as needed for the Financial Operations team
• Create reporting and presentations that will tell the story with the data by providing clear visuals of trends and provide the insights the data is telling
• Lead reporting initiatives working with the business intelligence team to create reporting efficiencies and enhanced metric reporting
• Identify, recommend, implement and document process improvements for efficiencies with automation being a focus
• Assist or lead the implementation of new applications and any technical/automation enhancements - the role will be determined by the type of application

• Daily account reconciliation of Auto Body and Service accounts, which would include accounting journal entries for resolution
• Review and reconcile cash applications for high-volume Auto Body and Service accounts
• Identifying and resolving daily challenges
• Investigate and resolve business partner inquiries and process adjustment entries
• Process reclassifications, reversals and ensure timely month-end completion
• Design automation solutions to further streamline real-time financial data for decision-making
• Prepare management reports including open receivables, unapplied cash and many ad hoc projects
• Build and improve upon existing processes related to accounts receivable process and cash application by developing tools, and models and guiding automation initiatives
