- Formulates and defines systems scope, objectives, and requirements using research and fact-finding to recommend and/or propose options and alternatives for review and discussion.
- Defines KPIs for evaluating demonstration projects
- Analyzes identify and recommend metrics that drive and measure performance.
- Identify challenges, assessing risk and opportunities, and developing recommendations and action plans to determine and develop
- Lead agenda and chair project meetings for e-learning and virtual education and support resources projects.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to identify business priorities, Clinical team for content production and Creative Studio and external Web Designers for digital output delivery.
- Schedule content creation and oversee the execution of digital resource hub, as well as digital toolkits for the sales teams.
- Take responsibility for the internal Web App Platform, which will host the e-learning tool.
- Liaise with internal & external agencies to deliver the apps needed to support the management of capital equipment and product training needs
- Assist with ensuring company presence at virtual events and provide support with webinars.
- Ensure transparency in the management of project risks and issues, communicating these effectively to the internal stakeholders
