• Experience in sourcing and production of suppliers
• Experience in briefing, directing and supervising the product development process
• Capability to independently manage projects, present and report at a senior management level
• Ability to manage the design and development of a variety of categories
• 3D CAD/rendering software knowledge - Solidworks, Rhino, Bunkspeed, Keyshot

Qualifications: BA in Industrial Design with 8 years of Experience

• Strong background and work experience in interior design, with a dominant commercial CV essential
• Excellent conceptual design capabilities
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in leading a team
• Thorough knowledge of the product design process
• Experience in branding/graphic design preferred, involving work in a team dynamic and communicating and interfacing directly with clients. 
• Communication skills, especially the ability to articulate creative rationale clearly and directly.
• Experience in graphic design and screen-printing
• Project management expertise
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Illustrator and Photoshop), including proficiency in vectoring and rendering art files

Qualifications: BA in Interior Design with 5 years of Experience
