Job Summary:

• Manage existing product line curriculum development team(s), expand teams based on capacity needs and product growth, and develop new curriculum teams to support expansion into new product lines
• Guide the exam review curriculum teams on the creation and maintenance of exam review product curriculum
• Establishing the curriculum for new products, and expanding or revising the curriculum of existing products based on exam changes and changes in the accounting profession
• Provide curriculum expertise and guidance on the changes in the profession and underlying accounting curriculum requirements to Becker leadership and the marketing, sales and operations team

Job Summary:

• Supervise full-time staff and consultants working in different countries to develop the ECCE curriculum for OneSky’s training programs.
• Oversee the design and production of educational materials including but not limited to presentation slides, posters, training guides and educational media.
• Adapt existing curriculum and materials for different countries as OneSky expands their programs.
• Utilize technology for learning delivery (e.g. 1BF, moodle, communication platforms) to promote OneSky’s blended learning approach.
• Develop engaging face-to-face learning experience through lectures, educational demonstrations, active discussions, classroom observations and practice.
• Develop digital curriculum content for OneSky’s online learning platform (1Big Family).
• Organize and archive all OneSky curriculum.
• Provide feedback, revisions and copy editing for print and digital curriculum materials.

• Provide weekly written reports on important updates and progress to the Chief Programs Officer.

Job Summary:

• Manage key fundraising performance measures and analyze fundraising outcomes to ensure continuous progress toward revenue growth
