  • Collaborate with other communications professionals across the Directorate and Agency to include monthly and non-routine coordination on major events and news articles, regular coordination with NGA's Office of Corporate Communications (OCC) and other communications activities as directed by the Government.
  • Work with Analysis Chiefs of Staff to compile a weekly activity report (WAR) for NGA, ODNI, and USD(I) consumption, and work with Analysis senior leadership to vet and complete it for sending forward.
  • Produce a variety of written and visual communications products in a clear, concise style that will positively influence the behaviors of the Analysis workforce and customers. 
  • Perform outreach activities within Analysis, NGA, NSTs, the IC, and the Commands with the intent of improving customer relationships and buy-in on NGA initiatives. 
  • Updates to AP leadership, regular attendance at Analysis EXCOM level meetings, and other interaction as prescribed in communications campaigns as directed by the Government.
  • Coordinate/collaborate with the Web Support team to integrate communications methods and accesses.
  • Execute ad hoc communications campaigns and tasks on a short-term basis that may be adopted into routine tasks (no estimate on frequency of effort). 
  • Maintain awareness of Analysis initiatives and show proven capability to connect disparate Analysis activities into a holistic picture from which executive leadership may take action, and for the workforce to understand and engage.
